This policy covers purchases of The Holiday Assistant from Methods and Mode, a business name of The MDRN Collective LLC.

What your purchase covers

A one-time $15 purchase gives your household access to The Holiday Assistant for the 2026 holiday season, through January 31, 2027. You can share your household’s planning with your invited partner. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Any applicable taxes and your final total are shown at checkout.

Your purchase covers this seasonal edition. Access to a later edition or a separate Capture subscription is not included unless a specific, confirmed offer says otherwise.

Our 14-day refund promise

If The Holiday Assistant is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing care@methodsandmode.com with your purchase email or order reference. No explanation is required.

We will refund the full amount you actually paid, including any tax charged on that purchase, to your original payment method through the payment provider. If you used a discount, your refund is the discounted amount you paid. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.

If you contact us after 14 days about a duplicate charge or a problem that prevented access, we will review it and help resolve it. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law or available under the payment provider’s terms.

What happens after a full refund

A full refund ends your household’s access under that seasonal purchase and any promotional extras linked to it. It does not delete your Methods and Mode account, cancel a separate Capture purchase, or delete unrelated Capture data.
