While we’re in testing. Capture is being used by a small invited group before its public release. There is no paid tier yet and nothing to pay for.
1. Who can use Capture
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents and caregivers may set up profiles and sign-ins for children in their household, and are responsible for what they enter about them.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
3. What you put in
What you capture is yours. You give us permission to store it and process it as described in the App Privacy Policy, purely so the app can do what you asked. We do not claim ownership of it or sell it, and we do not use your content to train anything.
Only add other people’s contact details — including scanned business cards — where you are entitled to.
4. What the app does and does not promise
Capture reads what you give it using automated systems, and those systems get things wrong. Dates, times and details should be checked. Capture is a memory aid, not a system of record — please do not rely on it alone for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical matters.
Bills and subscriptions are tracked from what you enter. We do not connect to your bank, we do not make payments, and we cannot tell you whether a bill is genuine.
Concierge suggests local events and things to do, gathered automatically from public sources. Details change and listings go out of date — check with the venue before you set out.
Nourish plans meals around what you tell it is in the house and what your household likes. It does not know about allergies, intolerances or dietary needs, and its suggestions are not dietary or medical advice — check ingredients and labels yourself.
5. Connected services
Where you connect Google Calendar or sign in with Apple, those services have their own terms. We take only the access needed, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.
6. Sharing with other people
You can invite another adult into your household, and you can share a trip by link. Anyone holding a share link can see what it points at, so send them only to people you mean to. Family invitations expire after 7 days and trip links after 30 days.
7. Ending it
You can close your account at any time from Settings, and doing so deletes your data as described in the App Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account being used to break these terms or the law.
8. Changes
We will tell you before anything here changes in a way that materially affects you.
